Get yourself to Union Square, take the L-Line towards Brooklyn and get off at Bedford Avenue (an 8-9 minute ride), walk straight out of the station along North 7th Street. If you're about to cross Bedford Avenue you're going the wrong way, so turn around.

I'm at 281 North 7th Street (between Havemeyer and Meeker Streets), it's a 3 story large red brick building with a fire escape, a big bay door, and a black normal door beside it. Ring the buzzer for #6.
